How to install or update
Open the downloaded APK on your Android phone. If prompted, allow your browser to install it. Already have PGonTrack? Install over the existing app to keep your account. Do not uninstall the old app first.
On iPhone?
Open PGonTrack in Safari. Tap Share → Add to Home Screen. App Store distribution is not available yet.

What is PGonTrack?
PGonTrack by Narvyn is PG management software for paying guest accommodation owners, managers and tenants. It brings rooms, beds, resident records, rent dues, receipts, expenses and maintenance into one workspace.
How much does PGonTrack cost?
PGonTrack starts from ₹2,499 per month. Contact Narvyn to confirm the plan, scope and applicable taxes for your property. Combo offers with a PG website and Google Business Profile setup are quoted separately.
What is included in the combo offer?
The combo brings together a website for your PG, Google Business Profile setup assistance and PGonTrack management software. Ask Narvyn for a quote based on your property and requirements. Business Profile verification and visibility are subject to Google's policies.
Can I manage more than one building?
Yes. Organise your PG into buildings, floors, rooms and beds. Filter by building so room details and availability stay easy to find.
Can my tenants use it too?
Yes. Owners and managers can set up tenant access. Tenants use their own login to view their dues and receipts and raise maintenance requests.
Does it collect rent automatically?
No. You record payments received through your existing payment methods. PGonTrack helps you track dues, send reminders and create PDF receipts. Automatic online rent collection is not currently included.
Does it work on Android, iPhone and a computer?
Download the Android app from this page, or use PGonTrack in your browser. On iPhone, open it in Safari and use Share, then Add to Home Screen. An App Store version is not currently available.
How do I get started?
Message or call Narvyn to discuss your PG and arrange a demo. Once your workspace is created, add your buildings, floors and rooms, set bed details in bulk, and bring in your residents. You can update individual details later.
